Being a responsible adult you can decide for yourselves on the suitability. After all ratings are guidelines to help parents make informed decisions on buying games. Game ratings can be overly harsh. On the nanny state side in the UK many games get over protective ratings, yet others vanish under the radar. Just remember children under 18 are far more naïve and could be exposed to grown up material in games rated for over 12s. 15+ games leave very little to the imagination, possibly containing blood, sex [Mass Effect, Xbox 360 (12+)] and bad language without warning.
