vgp07At the pre-launch event many 3DS release day games were there to try out. Nintendogs + Cats: was the second 3DS game I played.
The 3D depth was outstanding. The cute little puppy was coming right out of the screen after the game starts. The graphics were ultra crisp, imagine a HD DSi, then you are half way there. In Nintendogs + Cats the 3DS stylus is used to make to selections. The new telescopic 3DS stylus feels very small after getting used to the DSi XL larger pen type stylus. Nintendogs was a demo version with one simple boomerang game. After petting about with the pup for a few minutes I abandoned the game for something more grown-up. Nintendogs and Cats now with a new 3D appeal is bound to prove a popular choice for children.
