Nintendo 3DS™ Console
This one is the game console of your dreams. It's 3D, without those alien looking eyeglasses. It's packed revolutionary capabilities, and as if that wasn't enough to make techies drool over it in their dreams, many services will be provided free! Whilst remaining similar in appearance to DS consoles. 3DS is all new and completely portable, weighing only 8 ounces (that is less than 230 grams); it fashions two screens. It's foldable and the main screen (the 3D one) is on the upper fold of the clam shell design. It measures 3.5 inches with an amazing 800x240 resolution. The lower screen is a 320x240 pixels touch sensitive panel. To add further to new 3D gameplay, the gyro sensor will identify the angular velocity. They are also known as angular rate sensors or angular velocity sensors. They can sense rotational motion in a Nintendo 3DS console. They can also sense changes in orientation. Gyro sensors were first used for gaming in the Nintendo Wii, in the Wiimote. Not to be outdone by the bigger console, the 3DS still incorporates the DS style touch screen technology. What more could you ask for?
- A slider to control the 3D effect intensity.
- An arcade style button-analog-controller, similar to retro game arcade pads.
- An Accelerometer.
- A Gyroscope.
- Infra-red connectivity.
- Three cameras – two front facing cameras positioned having one on each side that lets you take 3D pictures. That's not all; you can also play 3D video on your 3DS.

3DS Movies and Games
Nintendo has tied up with some major studios to make their 3D movies compatible with their out of the world device. Not to mention that the trailer of an upcoming Disney movie was screened on the 3DS during the E3 expo. A huge number of titles are already underway: 3D Movies and TV.
3DSWare + Free Stuff
