Review
Medal Gear Solid HD collection combines Metal Gear 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear 3: Snake Eater and the previous PSP exclusive, Peacewalker. The collection is an upgraded release of the former video games. While not all the games have a dramatic difference, Peacewalker in MGS 2 is only playable for the first chapter.
Metal Gear Solid 3: First in the chronological timeline is Snake Eater and a game that is unimaginable. It puts together a great story, and a great play. The timeline for Snake Eater is forty years before the game one in the series and tells the story of the relationship of Naked Snake and his mentor, who, without explanation, defected to the Soviet Union. You'll find a game that you can totally focus on and one that is truly intense. The game is in first person perspective.
MGS2 stealth game play has exceptional mechanics. High definition, with the right analogue stick you have full camera control. The new edition has a new camouflage package, which helps the player to get through a jungle that is bright. You just must change the camouflage to match your environment. The boss fights in this version are much larger and more remarkable than the last, such as the jungle sniper duel.
Peacewalker is the second game in the collection and one that involves the recuitment of enemy prisoners of war and soldiers to the players own militia. What is left behind in the new version is the marvellous bosses. In this version you simply dodge attacks and fire rockets or shoot until the enemy, or the player, is defeated.
Last in the timeline is Metal Gear Solid 2. While graphics in the game are not exceptional, audio is prime. Enemies in the game are hard to spot due to camera angles, and the player must be on their toes.
